My stay at the hotel was lovely. The rooms, while not offering a bathtub, were super clean and the beds were comfortable, providing a quiet environment with a nice TV. Although the rooms were a bit small, they were nevertheless cozy and clean. The location was very convenient to the convention center, but it could get a bit noisy with police/ambulance sirens or garbage trucks passing by. The service was top-notch, with very friendly and professional staff, especially in the restaurants where I enjoyed a delicious breakfast and a great beer bar. The dining experience was unexpectedly simple yet elegant and of great value. Unfortunately, the dining options might not suit those with specific dietary requirements. Overall, a pleasant stay with a few minor drawbacks.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms offer a great view with large windows, and if possible, staying in the executive wing is a fantastic choice. The staff are always extremely friendly and accommodating, making my experience truly memorable. The location is very convenient to ORD, but it can get noisy with sirens or garbage trucks at times. The dining experience was unexpectedly simple, elegant, and a great value. However, I wish the noise levels were lower during my stay.
